SCHOLARSHIP TRUST CRITERIA

The Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu Scholarship Trust, will provide assistance based on the following premise:

 

1. Applicable for local accredited tertiary institution only.

2. Program of Study must be on a full time basis.

3. Scholarship Assistance is given twice per year.

4. Continuation of Scholarship assistance will be based on availability of Funds.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA WILL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

 

• Must be written in the iVola Ni Kawa Bula (VKB) under any one of the 15 Tikinas in the Province of Cakaudrove

• Must be between the ages of 18 -35 (as at 1st of January of the year of scholarship commencement)

• Must be able to show an Official placement/ enrollment confirmation into a locally accredited tertiary institution

• Parents/Guardians annual combined income must not exceed FJD 30,000.

 

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION FORM

Applications will only be accepted if completed and submitted with the following:

​

• Signed application form

• Essay (as outlined in the application form)

• Birth Certificate (certified copy)

• VKB Extract  (certified copy)

• Official confirmation of enrollment/acceptance letter from Tertiary Institution

• Copy of any valid photo ID or Passport photo (2 copies) write name at the back

• Statutory Declaration – confirming financial status in line with criteria

• Copy of most recently completed official academic transcript
